One of the keys I have learnt in any exercise program, or training schedule is to acknowledge when you need to REST. Listening to your body, knowing when to stop, or at least ease back and slow down.
So after CardioMax Marathon Sunday and then following up with CardioMax Blitz Monday..... the verdict was in after a full day at work.... Tuesday afternoon/evening is rest day!
Today I registered for the nutrition program which comes along with Step Into Life, so my blogs as of Monday 27th August will include my food and nutrition. Its called the Metabolic Jumpstart, and I am excited to re-ignite my metabolism.
As I yawn my way to the end of this blog, I shall do as ordered and go rest.
