Well daily followers my apologies for not blogging since Wednesday, it has been another grand week of journey and learning. Surprisingly I sit here now, and I am so excited to tell let you all know whats happening in the life of Jac. The buzz may also be the 2 skinny caps at La Cloche.... yes 2 hehe I went there for the first time, and ended up visiting there twice in one morning.

| Happy Birthday Miss 5! |
|
Since Wednesday I have finally got over the flu. I worked the full 5 days this week, and I can promise you it can be a little crazy. We also had Miss 5's 5th birthday to celebrate with family & friends yesterday. What an afternoon of fun, good times & great catch-ups. I was surprised by my Mum & Dad coming down to share the festivities, and great friends traveling from Brisbane to be there. One of the things Dad said to me as he was leaving, and again later on over the phone was what a beautiful bunch of friends I have. Just lovely people to talk to, and have fun with. My Dad has a great sense of humour, and I am sure entertained well. I think to myself, yes I am very lucky to have built up such wonderful friends here on the Gold Coast in the last 15 years. We are a community here, and we help each other no matter what. I had the party guru friend of mine, who intrinsically knew on Friday evening (party eve) that she was going to walk in on a crisis. Her first words were "Jac, there is such a thing as a relaxed party, and then there is your relaxed". A packet of crisps, a box of ritz, a few dips, and the ohh I will head to woolies in the morning, was just not good enough. So she text her beautiful husband "Full crisis mode here, please don't wait up". Before too long there was chocolate crackles, party bags, the box packed, and a relieved party guru. Which I was extremely thankful for!!! THANKYOU!
We had day 1 of Miss 10's Touch season - you know something its great to sit there and see your child being physically active with friends. For far to long I was the "we are to busy for extra-curricular activities" mother. Now its like NO! STOP! Let her.... find the money... make the time! The rewards are the smile on her face, when she has fun!!!
So that I don't make this blog like Gone With The Wind... never ending..... I will pause here for you to catch your breathe. This gives you an insight into the days leading up to the weekend. Now in the next blog I am going to let you know about the training, the achievements, the surprises, and the nutrition as I am about to Jumpstart my Metabolism tomorrow!!! Stay tuned.........
